Our Customer Satisfaction Survey results are in!

A big thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Pines season survey. Your feedback helps us to provide the best customer experience when you visit us at Pines.

We received really positive feedback, with a 8.4/10 rating for overall satisfaction with Pines, and a 9.1/10 rating for the likelihood to visit again next season.

The survey also highlighted where we can improve, and we will be busy in the off season focusing our attention on how can do better in these areas.
