Booking your swim

In line with Government restrictions, in our initial reopen phase only 50 fully vaccinated people will be allowed in the facility at the one time. Bookings will be required, on a casual pay as you go system. As we have such strict capacity limits, we will only be offering lap swimming, in this initial reopen.

Pines_Pool

Cost
$5 per session

  • You must be fully vaccinated to swim at Pines (or have evidence of a valid medical exemption). 
  • Sessions run for 50 minutes, you have 10 minutes between bookings to vacate the facility.
  • Lap swimming only.
  • You can book up to three days in advance.
  • Walk-ins will be available, but we strongly encourage all visitors to book online to avoid missing out.
  • You can cancel a session for a credit on your account with 2 hours notice.

Booking FAQs

  1. Firstly, find the session you would like to book into via our website above
  2. Select that session you would like to book, and click SIGN UP
  3. Click NEXT
  4. Then select CREATE PROFILE
  5. Enter in your details, and follow the wizard to make your payment for that session.
  6. You will receive a confirmation email with all your booking details.
It’s best to do this in the same process as making your first booking. Note - Each account must have a unique email address, you cannot share email addresses across accounts.

If you are a Full Access/Complete or Aquatic member at PARC, you may have an account already set up. You can simply click the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ option if you are having trouble logging in and enter the email address you have registered with us (use the email address that you receives your emails from PARC). Facility Hire
Pines is open to Group Bookings later this season!

Pines Forest Aquatic Centre is a great facility suitable for all user groups – from smaller community groups, all the way to large groups such as School Swimming Carnivals. Our facilities can be hired out exclusively. The waterslide is also available for hire, subject to availability. There is a large garden area with shade for spectators as well as plenty of changing room space. Available dates for the season are filling fast, so be sure to contact us to secure your booking.
